Job Summary

As an Amazon Prime Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering packages to our valued customers with speed and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
• Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit.
• Follow delivery routes and time schedules to ensure prompt delivery of packages.
• Communicate with the delivery team and management regarding delivery issues and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including package counts and delivery confirmations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Uphold Amazons safety and quality standards while on the road and during package handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.

Experience

• Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role is preferred but not required.
• Experience with customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods is advantageous.
