Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products to identify damages or discrepancies, ensuring only the best items are sent to customers.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily targets and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED: A minimum educational requirement to qualify for the role.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer operations.

Experience

• Previous Warehouse Experience: While not required, experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Customer Service Exposure: Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, demonstrating your understanding of service quality.

Working Hours
