Job Summary
As a Client Account Manager at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving the success of our services. Key Responsibilities

- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Amazons products and services to enhance client accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor client account performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on key metrics and outcomes.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to enhance client strategies and offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within a technology or e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or client relations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic account plans.
Working Hours
This position is a full-time role, with typical working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs and time zones.
