Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support the coordination of company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Recent graduates or individuals with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.
