Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely processing.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive workplace culture and improve HR processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
