HR Administrator – Part time

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Help organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics and departmental activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

Experience

Working Hours

  • This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available.
