  • Event Coordination: Help plan and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and assist in generating reports as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as required to meet business needs.
