Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support our research initiatives by managing administrative tasks, coordinating research activities, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance our research capabilities, making a significant impact on our projects and overall mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of research projects, including grant applications and reporting.
- Coordinate communication between researchers, funding agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Maintain and organize research documentation, including budgets, proposals, and progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the research team.
- Conduct literature reviews and data analysis to support ongoing research efforts.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements in all research activities.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and grant proposals.
- Support the development of training materials and resources for research staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., research administration, public administration, business).
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and research management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in research administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with grant writing and funding agency requirements is preferred.
- Experience in a higher education or research institution is a plus.
Working Hours
- Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours with potential for remote work options.
