- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and provide insights to improve customer experience.
- Develop and implement social media engagement strategies that align with Disneys brand values.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness, reporting findings to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing our social media presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or social media support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media support, customer service, or a related field.

Working Hours
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
