Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Wayfairs product offerings, promotions, and policies.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify trends and provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support training initiatives for new team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is a plus.
Working Hours
- This position offers flexible working hours, including part-time and full-time options. Shifts may include evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with home goods or furniture products is beneficial.
