Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager specializing in Engineering (Non-Billing) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent in a competitive market. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for engineering roles to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify specific talent requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit within the company culture.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and proactively engage with potential candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Mentor and train junior recruitment staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and the technical skills required for various positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in engineering recruitment is highly preferred, with a track record of successful placements.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required to accommodate urgent hiring needs.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade candidates and stakeholders.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
