Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for engineering roles to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify specific talent requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit within the company culture.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and proactively engage with potential candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and train junior recruitment staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering roles and the technical skills required for various positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in engineering recruitment is highly preferred, with a track record of successful placements.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required to accommodate urgent hiring needs.
