Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our clinical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record in clinical sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Central Europe, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

Experience

Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available for occasional travel within the Central Europe region and virtual meetings across different time zones.
