Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents and reports.

- Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and project documentation.
- Support the recruitment process by organizing candidate applications and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of office management procedures.
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment or customer service role is a plus.
Working Hours
- Part-time position with flexible working hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Some remote work may be possible based on departmental needs.
