Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Back Office Executive to join our team on a part-time or home-based basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage incoming data, including customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client queries and concerns.
  • Support the team in project management tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in administrative or back office roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Home-based position with the possibility of occasional in-office meetings.
