Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and efficient full-stack applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js and React.js.
• Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and security.
• Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies and trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full-Stack Developer, specifically with JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, and smart contract development.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying and maintaining applications in production environments.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role is highly desirable.
