  • Engage with candidates via email and phone to discuss job opportunities and gather necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing efforts in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine job descriptions and ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online job boards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning.

Experience

  • Previous internship or work experience in a human resources or recruitment role is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours
