Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs.
