Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive and supportive workplace environment.
- Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and support ongoing training initiatives.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with management to design and execute performance appraisal systems that encourage employee development and align with business objectives.
- Policy Development: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a telecommute or remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a corporate setting, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Experience in remote work environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with current HR trends and best practices.
Working Hours
This is a flexible, telecommute position. Working hours will be determined based on project needs and employee availability, with a focus on achieving results rather than strict adherence to a 9-to-5 schedule.
