Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
