Job Summary

- Advocate for the user by understanding their needs and pain points throughout the design process.
- Provide design specifications and guidance to developers during the implementation phase.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall product vision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes across various projects.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Experience working on responsive web and mobile application design.
- Previous experience in conducting user research and usability testing is highly desirable.
