Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and online help systems.

- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Organize and manage documentation projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content creation.
- Assist in creating training materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar).
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO principles is a plus.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or content development.
- Experience in working with software development teams or understanding software documentation processes is preferred.
- Background in IT, engineering, or a related technical field is advantageous.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. Employees are expected to be available during core business hours for meetings and collaboration.
