  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Familiarity with online job platforms or recruitment technologies is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate client needs and time zones.
