- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team meetings to improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, with a proactive attitude.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with call centre operations and best practices is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with options for part-time or full-time schedules.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
