- Provide customer support and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Experience in remote work environments is preferred.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be available for core business hours (9 AM to 5 PM) while having the flexibility to manage their schedules.
