Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training and guidance on software and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Experience working in a remote environment is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours. The team operates from 8 AM to 8 PM GMT, and shifts will be scheduled within this timeframe.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of common software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
