Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for our clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
- Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand and values to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the candidate experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or online setting.
- Strong understanding of the UK job market and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on the UK market.
