• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
• Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand and values to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the candidate experience.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
