Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities within the e-commerce space.
- Support the marketing team with campaign execution, including social media management and content creation.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and e-commerce trends to enhance team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience
- Prior experience in a virtual assistant role or in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with customer service practices and online sales strategies is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is available, with core working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM (local time).
