Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team focused on the Indonesia market. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our services, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our products. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and foster long-term relationships. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success with our products.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, proactively managing relationships and addressing any issues that arise.
- Product Adoption: Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, providing tailored recommendations to drive product adoption and maximize value.
- Customer Advocacy: Gather and analyze customer feedback, advocating for their needs within the company to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Training and Support: Deliver training sessions and create educational resources to empower customers to utilize our products effectively.
- Renewals and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals, working closely with the sales team to enhance customer accounts.
- Reporting: Track and report on customer success metrics and progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer success software and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred but not required.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate customers across various time zones, particularly in Indonesia.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
