Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in the development and execution of training and development programs.
- Provide support in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and contribute to strategic planning.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Assist in the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or related field.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is preferred.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and HR management software.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, with a requirement to be available for core team meetings during standard business hours (GMT +7).
