Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial data and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the team in special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a relevant financial role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses is a plus.

Working Hours
