Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, identifying potential legal risks and offering solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies tailored to their business needs.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry standards to ensure up-to-date advice.
- Attend client meetings and workshops, providing legal insights and fostering strong professional relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Law (S.H.) from a recognized university; a Masters degree or specialization in a specific legal field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a legal consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a freelance capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal framework and business practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal consulting or practicing law, with a focus on corporate, commercial, or regulatory matters.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements.
- Familiarity with legal software and tools is advantageous.
Working Hours
