Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet required specifications.
  • Prepare and analyze daily production reports, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the safety team to enforce health and safety policies, regularly conducting risk assessments.
  • Provide technical support and training to plant operators to improve operational procedures and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in planning and executing plant upgrades or new projects, providing engineering support for new installations or modifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of chemical plant operations, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret production data and troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in chemical production facilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in chemical plant operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with relevant academic or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
