Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments to evaluate catalytic performance and reaction mechanisms.

• Develop and maintain detailed records of experimental procedures and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred).
• Strong understanding of catalysis, chemical reaction engineering, and reaction kinetics.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and instrumentation used in chemical reaction research.
• Proficiency in data analysis and computational modeling tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis software.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a research or laboratory-based environment focusing on catalysis, chemical reactions, or a related area.
• Experience in process design, optimization, and scale-up is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial-scale catalytic processes and their applications is a plus.
• Previous experience in publishing scientific papers or filing patents would be advantageous.

Working Hours:
