Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate energy-efficient solutions into ongoing projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, process modeling, and performance evaluations of proposed energy systems.
- Monitor and assess system performance and suggest improvements based on operational data.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during process design and integration.
- Lead research and development efforts for innovative energy solutions in chemical engineering.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of chemical process integration and energy systems.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, ChemCAD).
- Solid understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics as applied to energy systems.
- Experience with energy efficiency practices and environmental sustainability.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering standards and safety codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in chemical engineering or energy systems integration, preferably in the energy sector, chemical manufacturing, or related industries.
- Previous experience in process simulation, design, and optimization is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management and working in a team-oriented environment.
Working Hours
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
