Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with other departments, clients, and vendors as necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide personal assistance when required, such as running errands or managing personal appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager, personal assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office management or personal assistant role.

Working Hours:
