Job Summary
Delta Airlines is seeking dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our valued passengers by assisting with reservations, flight inquiries, ticketing, and problem resolution. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be a key part of ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and travel policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving travel-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information on Delta Airlines services, policies, and promotional offers.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Proficiency with computer systems, online tools, and CRM platforms.

- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
