  • Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and digital tools for managing their accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines, company policies, and confidentiality requirements.
