Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Coordinator to join our team remotely in New York. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operational processes, maintaining efficient communication, and supporting cross-departmental activities. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and support requests.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and databases.
- Monitor daily operations and promptly address any disruptions or issues.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular performance assessments of processes and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the IT and HR teams to support onboarding and systems management.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- High level of organizational ability with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or coordination role is preferred.
- Prior experience in a remote work setting is a plus.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
- Flexibility for occasional adjustments based on project deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of operational best practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and offer creative solutions.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
