Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a remote, part-time position at UPS. The ideal candidate will support the team by efficiently managing data entry tasks and assisting with various administrative duties. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely data input, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into UPS systems, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
- Verify and correct any data discrepancies in databases or spreadsheets.
- Assist in organizing and processing various types of data, including customer records, inventory lists, and shipment details.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Generate and prepare reports based on input data for internal teams or management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data aligns with operational needs and requirements.
- Provide support in other administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Experience

Working Hours
