Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment.
- Perform routine inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team to meet delivery deadlines.
- Address discrepancies in shipments or inventory promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as part of daily duties.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management systems.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
Experience
- No prior experience is required.
- On-the-job training will be provided for all essential tasks.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible part-time and full-time shifts available.
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts to accommodate varying schedules.
