Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Flight Attendant Planning and Analysis team. The Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, scheduling, and analysis of flight attendant operations. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze flight attendant staffing requirements and schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the planning team to create and update flight attendant schedules based on flight operations, staffing needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current staffing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports on flight attendant performance, availability, and scheduling data.
• Support the development and implementation of flight attendant policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the development and optimization of forecasting tools and scheduling software.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of flight attendant schedules with overall flight operations.
• Provide timely data analysis and insights to management regarding staffing levels, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss staffing trends, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Aviation, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of airline operations and flight crew scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a planning, scheduling, or analytical role within the aviation industry (preferred but not required).
• Experience with scheduling software and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in flight attendant operations or a customer service role within the aviation industry is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, with a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
• Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts may be required depending on the flight schedule.
