Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide timely and accurate information about flights, baggage claims, delays, and airport services to passengers.
  • Baggage Handling: Ensure proper handling and tagging of baggage, including managing checked baggage and assisting passengers with lost or damaged luggage.
  • Safety Protocols: Enforce and adhere to all safety procedures, including managing passengers compliance with security regulations and boarding policies.
  • Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with mobility challenges or other special needs, ensuring comfort and convenience during their travel.
  • Communication: Maintain communication with gate agents, pilots, and ground operations staff to ensure smooth flight transitions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
