Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Document and track customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, within the companys system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
  • Provide product and service information, upsell services, and promote company offerings where applicable.
  • Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures for customer service best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Customer-oriented with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and applications (Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service processes.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center roles is preferred but not required.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply – we offer training and support to help you succeed.
  • Prior experience working with customer service software is a plus but not essential.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
  • Part-Time: Flexible hours, ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week.
  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure comprehensive customer support coverage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proficient in managing time effectively and working independently.
