Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or service role (remote experience is a plus).
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Previous work in a fast-paced or call center environment is beneficial but not required.

Working Hours:
