Job Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-centric approach.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required.
Experience
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply and will be trained to succeed in this role.
- Experience in working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, with a commitment to 40 hours per week.
- Availability to work during peak hours and weekends as required.
