Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our overnight shift team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the best possible service to our clients. This is a full-time overnight position ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can deliver quality service even during non-standard working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate information.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with company policies and procedures.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
- Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards for customer interactions.
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism and patience, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide technical support or product troubleshooting assistance, if necessary.
- Meet or exceed call handling and performance metrics as set by the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in customer interactions.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with call center operations, customer management systems, and standard service protocols is a plus.
- Experience in handling challenging customer interactions and resolving complaints effectively is desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time overnight position (hours may vary, but typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
