Technical Support Representative (French) – Night shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the companys CRM system.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups on unresolved issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French (native or fluent) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting issues and solutions.
  • Availability to work night shifts (remote position).

Experience

  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues with software/hardware or in a similar role would be beneficial.

Working Hours

  • This is a night shift position. Working hours will be from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible depending on time zone).
  • Weekend availability is required.
