Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, and professional technical support to customers in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Guide customers through problem-solving steps, ensuring clear communication and positive outcomes.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and assist with root cause analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical updates to offer accurate solutions to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups on unresolved issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in French (native or fluent) and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting issues and solutions.
- Availability to work night shifts (remote position).
Experience
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues with software/hardware or in a similar role would be beneficial.
Working Hours
- This is a night shift position. Working hours will be from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible depending on time zone).
- Weekend availability is required.
