Remote Assistance Specialist – Night Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Assistance Specialist. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, offering solutions and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, resolving inquiries, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and provide seamless service.
  • Stay updated on company policies, services, and products to better assist clients.
  • Ensure all client interactions meet company quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher management or relevant departments when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools (email, chat, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Technical aptitude to handle basic troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (the position requires working overnight hours).

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in remote work environments is a plus.
  • Night shift experience is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • This is a Night Shift position.
  • Working hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (may vary based on time zone and operational needs).
