Job Summary:
Fresher Jobs is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Specialists. This is a remote position offering both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible shifts, including day and night shifts. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and offering alternatives when needed.
- Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless handover.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge through training and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during challenging or high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in using computers, customer service software, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Adaptability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience:
- No prior experience required for fresher candidates.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience in working remotely or managing flexible hours is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday or weekend shifts available).
- Part-time: 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.
- Availability to work either day shifts (9 AM to 6 PM) or night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM), depending on preference.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to assess situations and offer effective solutions.
- Empathy: Ability to relate to customers and handle sensitive situations with care.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjusting to shifting customer demands.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and digital communication tools.
