  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time, remote position.
  • Working hours are flexible but must align with customer service hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday).
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
