Job Summary:
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Non-IT, Remote). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and effectively. As a remote position, this role allows you the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service standards.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
- No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in handling customer complaints, queries, or issues is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- Working hours are flexible but must align with customer service hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.

- In-depth understanding of customer service processes and best practices.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
